As we continue to expand our global initiatives, we now seek a highly experienced Manager – Program Management Office.  Manager – Program Management Office (PMO) is responsible for the centralized management of North America and/or Global new product launch programs by directing and managing the program management resources, methodologies, tools, and techniques that relate to program management.   The PMO is responsible for successful implementation of New product launches using the Remy Commercialization Process (RCP).   RCP is the program management methodology used to integrate the program management process across the Remy functional disciplines.   Develop and adhere to the standardized policies that coordinate the planning, controlling, prioritizing and execution of the new product launch programs managed by the PMO.   Manage the allocation of programs, give daily direction and guidance to the program managers and their assigned programs.   Ensure the successful on-time within budget delivery of all new product launches to the satisfaction of the stakeholder’s i.e. customers, project sponsor; and leadership board. See yourself: Staffs and oversees the activities of the Remy program management team. Provides overall direction of all activities of the PMO and development policies and procedures consistent with the department requirements.  Development of the detailed management procedure that documents the function of the PMO. Champion the North America and/or Global implementation and use of the RCP process. Provide direction and advanced knowledge sharing with the Product Line Management and Program Planning function to ensure accurate Project charter, Scope definition and project management plan development.
