The Retention Facilities Remediation will include an assessment of Home Office, Lancaster (PA), and Las Piedras (PR), facilities and remediation where necessary. • Defines exact requirements for GMP document retention facilities, including work space, storage, and control. • Comply with all Company requirements for document requirements. • Develop and implement dispersion plans. • Implements the retention program across Companyafter the physical space remediation is complete. • Partners with the Document Control group. • The Document Control Expert will perform the assigned tasks as per the established procedures to ensure compliance to companies requirements. Education: A minimum of a Bachelors degree is required. Experience/Technical Competencies: • Prior experience in document retention facility design and operation (minimum 4 years) is required. • Prior experience in pharmaceutical GMP environment is strongly preferred. • Prior experience developing and/or delivering GMP documentation error reduction training is preferred. Job Knowledge/Skillsets: Knowledge of document retention facility design and contstruction for a highly regulated industry is required. Thorough knowledge of FDA, EMA, and cGMP regulations is strongly preferred. Strong computer skills, proficient in Word and Excel. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels.
