"Hiring a 2 openings -- 1 Technical Lead, 1 DB Engineer -- both for the same reporting team in Piscataway, NJ Intelligent Capital Network's recruiting divisions Human Capital Management, Inc. and Marketing Capital Management partner with some of the top companies in the Mid-Atlantic Area. Currently our client in Piscataway, NJ, one of the region's leading providers of health care coverage, has a two openings for Provider Services group. One position is a Technical Lead role, the other is a Database Engineer.   These positions will be part of a fast-paced and growing environment and will be responsible for full life-cycle solutions (requirements gathering, database design, development, implementation) of reporting, data and database solutions with a focus on reporting (Crystal Reports) and ETL. The Technical Lead role will also be responsible for leading, mentoring and driving a small team. The Database Engineer role will be responsible for approximately 80-90% reporting (Crystal Reports primarily) and 10-20% ETL (SSIS).   Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field * Experience as a technical/team lead for small, technical teams * Must be highly-organized, self-starter, able to produce results with little direction * Progressive experience in data solutions development and reporting * Strong experience and knowledge in database design (SQL Server) * Strong experience and knowledge in reporting (Crystal Reports 2008) * Strong experience and knowledge in data modeling, including multi-dimensional modeling, snowflake schema and star schema * Strong knowledge and experience with database design, reporting, database tuning, data warehousing and ETL, data marts, SSIS, T-SQL, data marts, DTS and other related business intelligence technologies * Experience determining data sources, writing queries, writing reports, formatting data and reviewing/testing query output to validate results * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills * Excellent organizational skills   Salary varies by role and experience.
