Have you lead sales teams to exceed goals? Trebuchet Outsourcing Services is looking for a skilled and motivated Team Leader for a team of telephone-based sales reps. Job responsibilities include: · Administering, supervising and training a team of telephone-based sales reps · Monitoring team for Quality Assurance · Motivating and working with team members to help them reach heights of success · Creating reports · A percentage of time will be spent on making sales calls. Qualifications: · Prior sales Experience (Prior B2B sales – an advantage) · Excellent communication skills · Prior management experience · Prior Training experience is a plus · Excellent phone skills · Good computer skills · Very detail oriented · Organized · Ready for a challenge · Prior knowledge of Call Center Software (i.e. Five9) is a plus Position is a full time, ongoing and overnight hours. Work is from Trebuchet's Rechavia, Jerusalem office. Salary/bonus structure commensurate with qualifications.
