The ideal candidate MUST be working as a CTO for last 6 years with a Major European or Canadian Mobile Telco Operator with over 10 million subscribers. Also, they must have to have the following attributes to qualify for this role. 1. Must be working as a CTO for last 6 years with experience in a large subscriber base mobile operator and had a full career in the Telco industry and currently working on the latest 3G, LTE or 4G technology. 2. Experience in the Middle East of Europe with a mobile operator 3. Thorough technical knowledge and its applicability to the business 4. Change management and transformation facilitation 5. Advanced working understanding of the information technology environment of a telecommunications company 6. Experience and understanding of NOC, 2G, 3G, 4G technology 7. Ability to develop requests for and evaluate proposals in reference to leading‐edge information technology and related services 8. Opex versus opex budget 9. Performance contracts for all staff drawn in line with departmental KPI scorecard 10.
