"Looking for an Account Executive - IT Staffing in Dallas, TX JOB SUMMARY   The emphasis of this position is to develop the assigned sales territory and manage all aspects of projects and placements for the territory.  To lead and manage sales function to maintain the maximum productivity.   ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS   Promote services in the market place with due regard at all times to good business practice and company policies.   Prospect for new client and business leads.   Develop and maintain current client relationships.   Responsible for exceeding annual revenue and gross profit targets.   Prepare detailed account plan on an annual basis. Create action plans to exceed sales targets. Update account plan and report progress towards targets on a monthly basis.   Responsible for reaching weekly KPI expectations for calls, client meetings, requisitions and placements.   Develop relationships with contract staff. Work to maximize contract employee retention and generate sales leads through client site visits, meetings, and lunches.   Maintain good working relationships and communication with and between the client, recruiters and candidates.   Maintain close communication with relevant headquarters staff to ensure that client and internal transactions/communications are actioned promptly and accurately.   Participate in weekly sales meetings to ensure that individual goals are being met and to share best practices across the organization.   Support the project controls team in invoicing and financial tracking for any project and T&M placements.   Follow up with clients on collection of purchase orders and outstanding payments.   Monitor and track sales performance by daily interaction with management, data entry to the Bullhorn system and generation of required weekly sales reports.   Submit weekly reports to management that disclose individual progress towards accomplished goals.        Education and Experience: 1.)  Bachelors degree or equivalent in business or marketing. 2.)  Experience in direct-sales is mandatory with an emphasis on major accounts and knowledge of the local area. 3.)  Minimum of one year experience in a contract staffing or solutions sales position is required.  4.)  Strong communication skills, verbal, presentation, and writing. 5.)  Working knowledge of all Microsoft office products including Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint. http://bull.hn/l/OTB2/"
