It is a Tibco BW application that queries a database and populates groups in LDAP. During this engagement the application needs to be updated to address the following: Add standardized logging to all processes Add standardized error messages to all processes Add Error handling to address intermittent DB connection issues Add notifications to existing error handling Add standardized Exception handling to all processes Update processes so that we can display the provisioning status and history via the Clients Admin console. Top flight communications both verbally and in email Ability to quickly shift focus from one aspect of the project to another based on business needs Extensive development experience with Tibco Business Works Experience integrating LDAP and BW Experience with Spring Framework and Java development is a plus This position will be working with our Tibco developer to address the above issues as well as anything else that is identified as a crucial issue during the engagement. This position requires 3+ years Tibco BW development experience.
