"Are you developing iPhone apps for a long time and now you want to apply your skills to develop a first class application together with an incredible team? Then this job at Views is the one you were looking for. We just received our first financing round and we are currently looking to expand our team with an outstanding iOS developer. In our development team we love to introduce modern methods of software engineering like User Stories and a Scrum-like development process. If you are interested in all that here is what you will be doing: Responsibilities: - You will be responsible for development of our mobile app for iPhone. - You will add new features and assure the quality of the app fixing bugs and working on the performance. - You will communicate via https with our modern JSON-Backend which is ready to hold high-loads and consists of easy and smart solutions. - You will set up the whole Application Life Cycle for the web applications. (Nightly Builds, Unit-Tests etc.) - We don’t expect you to be designer, we need a real developer. To make the use of the app feel awesome, you will work together with our designer. - We are always looking for improvements. We encourage you to suggest and implement your ideas. Requirements: - Experienced in Objective C and the iOS development - Ready to work with iOS 5 - Ability to write Clean Code - You should know your developer tools by heart - Experience with Git - Knowledge of the RestKit, Core Data and Core Animation is a plus - We value a honest and direct communication - You are able to acquire knowledge about new frameworks / libraries quickly - You are ready to work hard if necessary About us: Views is a location-based shopping platform that aims to redefine the way consumers and offline retailers interact.
