These roles report to the Head of HR, have direct reports, & will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, placing & maintaining an external pipeline of world-class talent. The new hire will partner with HR Business Partners & own the entire Talent Acquisition lifecycle. After excelling in this role, the Director will move into US based headquarters roles or will be transferred to a international business unit.
