This is a permanent, full cycle recruiting position with an emphasis on sourcing candidates in new and creative ways. We welcome individuals who think outside of the box, willing to learn keen recruiting strategies and genuinely like working with and helping people.   This position requires someone with strong negotiating and communication skills that is also a self-starter with a high sense of urgency and strong desire to be the best!   We will train you on: Technology Terms and Positions Interviewing and Resume screening techniques to ensure candidates' credentials match job requirements. How to build and maintain a Solid Social Networking presence.
