Vice President of Finance in Oklahoma City, OK Canidates should bring a passion for manufacturing, the aviation industry and growing companies profitably.  With operations located across the United States, this is an opportunity to be a part of a fast growing supplier to top airplane manufacturers.  The appointed CFO will provide financial leadership to the existing portfolio companies and will assist in all aspects of acquisitions including due diligence, financing, post acquisition integration.   PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide financial leadership to management teams of the portfolio companies Ensure that accurate and timely financial reports and analyses are provided as required by management, the group president and corporate executives Financial representative to government agencies, funding agencies and general public. Assist management in the evaluation, acquisition and integration of additional portfolio companies Provide reliable forecasts of sales, profits and cash flows from the portfolio companies Ensure that financial controls are designed and maintained to protect assets of companies Ensure that operating companies are in compliance with state and federal government regulations as well as terms of client contracts As a leader, will coordinate the administrative, business planning, accounting, and financial and budgeting process for appointed division. Establish and implement short and long range departmental goals, objectives, policies and operating procedures. Ongoing analysis of cash flow, cash management / Treasury, cost controls and expenses to provide guidance to business leaders. Analyze financial statements to pinpoint potential weak areas. Evaluate, develop and implement accounting processes. Develop and implement best practices in regards to finance, accounting, billing and auditing procedures. Ensure records and systems are maintained in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards. Maintain appropriate internal control safeguards. Ensure efficient and timely close of monthly and annual financials Oversee and coordinate the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, special analyses, and information reports. Oversee the approval and processing of revenue, expenditures, department budgets, compensation changes, G/L account entry and maintenance.   KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS B.S. in Finance or Accounting with MBA or CPA a plus 15-20 years of financial management level positions in manufacturing REQUIRED Experience in all aspects of acquisitions: due diligence, financing, post acquisition integration a MUST Strong analytical and accounting skills DCAA experience and/or Government invoicing systems a plus Financial modeling Experience in aviation preferred; composite technology a strong plus Proficient with ERP systems and Excel   MANAGEMENT SKILLS Execute and maintain a leadership style within the accounting, finance and operations areas that is “service oriented” in providing information to other areas within the organization.  Cons... http://bull.hn/l/OPXG/5"
