About FACE :

Note: Offering internships to students who are already placed in various organizations and awaiting their joining dates, and freshers who are interested in short term / permanent job also can apply.
Eligibility Criteria :
• BE / B.Tech all Branches
• Year of passing : 2011 & 2012
• Those who have cleared arrears are eligible
• Outside kerala college candidates are also eligible
• Excellent articulation skills.
• Excellent in quantitative aptitude.
• Quick learner with go-getter attitude.

Job Description [It is neither a core sector nor software development job] :
• Evaluate the impact of training provided
• Monitor, measure and report performance improvement for trainees
• Assess training groups and customize the training accordingly
• Design training courses and programs necessary to meet new/existing training needs
• Design training delivery necessary to meet new/existing training needs
• Ensure that all training activities and materials used to conduct training meet quality standards
• Support training sessions
Salary :
• Rs.8000/- during the internship period
• Accommodation is provided for outstation candidates; the boarding and travel expenses while on business will be completely borne by the company
• Those who want to continue on a full time basis after the internship, can continue in the company at a package of Rs 3 lakhs per annum CTC after signing a 2-year service agreement with us

• The selection would be based on quantitative aptitude test, group discussion and personal interview
