Product Quality Engineer in Wayne, PA This person is responsible for establishing, implementing and maintaining quality systems and objectives for the gasoline and diesel and SEC businesses.  This person will play a lead role for TS compliance, supplier quality management, and compliance to customer requirements.    Principal Accountabilities Coordinate the development and control of customer specifications and requirements by acting as the liaison between Customers, Suppliers, Production, and Technical groups.  Continually improve the quality system through: The development of PPAP documentation including FMEAs, Control Plans, capability studies, and Part Submission Warrants (PSW). Drive root cause analysis and corrective action activities for customer complaints and internal quality issues.  Present a positive image to the customer base through effective presentation of the JM Quality System and through direct communication with the Purchasing, Engineering, and Quality contacts. Play key role to maintain ISO/TS16949:2002 Certification. Complete Customer Specific Requirements on portals, special forms, in customer audits, and maintenance of quality status (e.g. Q1 requirements). Track QC test data to evaluate for trends, continuous improvement, or out-of-norm data. Employee will comply with all Johnson Matthey Hazardous Waste procedures and local, state and Federal regulatory requirements.         Knowledge, Skills, and Educational Requirements B.S. Engineering Sciences with a minimum of 3 years manufacturing experience. Working Knowledge of Statistics. Ability to work in team environment. Good Presentation Skills. Fundamental knowledge of ISO/TS16949:2002, APQP, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC and PPAP a plus. http://bull.hn/l/PZX4/6"
