We are currently looking to add a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to our Milwaukee or Pittsburg location. Responsibilities: • Consolidate global financial forecasts on a quarterly and annual basis. • Prepare monthly Flash of financial results for executive leadership. • Prepare financial trend and variance analyses comparing current operating results with prior operating results, and quarterly and annual forecasts to identify areas for operational actions. • Prepare reports for monthly Management Book. • Prepare quarterly presentations for Executive Leadership and Board of Directors. • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual bridge analysis. • Prepare monthly reporting metrics of KPIs. • Review calculation of foreign exchange impact on Sales, Operating Profit, and Bookings and Backlog compared to prior year and budget. • Complete special projects for CFO as required. Required Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Financial Accounting with operational emphasis. Ability to prepare financial statements and explain the results. • Hyperion HFM and Planning plus SAP experience a plus. • High level of proficiency with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. Proficiency in MS Word and MS Outlook. • Ability to interpret data, develop trend lines and assist in formulating action plans. • Strong analytical and problem solving skills. • Attention to detail and accuracy a must. • Ability to work independently and as a team member with excellent interpersonal skills. • Committed to meeting company deadlines. Preferred Experience: • SAP and Hyperion software experience • CPA or CMA in process of working towards it • Experience in an international company and/or manufacturing environment.
