"Job: Bilingual Account Manager / Renewal Sales Specialist in Amsterdam, Netherlands Based in Amsterdam Responsibilities • Increasing the software maintenance renewal rate through effective inside sales techniques • Improving our understanding of why customers renew or don't renew software maintenance to drive improvements in tactics and strategy • Maintaining a detailed understanding of product updates and articulating those improvements that related to customers typical maintenance renewal drivers • Tracking sales activities, customer data and customers' status within internal systems (including SalesForce.com) • Increasing customers' understanding of the products to drive cross-selling, up-selling and renewal opportunities. • Providing formal quote(s) for software maintenance renewals, cross-sell opportunities and/or upgrades Required Skills • 1-3 years experience in inside sales, software renewals or other similar role • Ability to understand technology, and clearly articulate the value proposition to the customer • Ability to build rapport and establish relationships over the phone • Intelligent, strong attention to detail, independent thinker, strong verbal/written communicator • Analytical and problem solving skills • Dedication to continuous improvement • A strong customer service ethic • Familiar with SalesForce or other CRM tools • Required fluent English + one other language (German or French or Spanish or Italian) The successful candidate will work with little or no supervision as a remote member of the Renewal Specialists Team, which is located in the US.
