Thanks! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ POSITION 1: Black Belt/Master Black Belt Leader for Europe region, based in Frankfurt, Germany Main responsibilities: • Responsible for bringing European countries inputs within the design, development and update of the Focus Improvement methodology • Responsible for training, coaching, assessing FI Function Pillars (for example, SC, Sales, F&C,..) across European countries • Responsible for the establishment of FI “Country” Pillar in European markets and support in the identification of resources for function pillar in the countries Expected Profile: • Certified Master Black Belt or Six Sigma Black Belt/Lean Six Sigma • Strong coaching skills with a minimum of 4 years experience in leading BB projects, coaching DMAIC projects • Proven achievement of 6 sigma projects in large and complex international companies • Experience in deployment on multi-sites including Management Routines • Knowledge and skills developed in a Six Sigma, TPM or LEAN implementation • Knowledge in SMED, Loss Tree Analysis is a plus • 2 or more years ''hands-on'' experience in an operational environment • Top level University Degree • Fluent in English, plus at least 1 or 2 major languages such as Spanish and/or German • Willingness to travel and as the position implies significant travelling outside Germany (60%-70%) • Excellent communication and coaching skills • Strong ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams POSITION 2 and 3: Master Black Belt/Black Belt Leader for headquarters, based in Switzerland and based in Germany Main responsibilities: • Contribute to the design, development and update of the Focused Improvement methodology (incl. methods and tools, Reference Guide, training material). • Responsible for the overall design and management of Focused Improvement Pillar structure organization and its coordination at Corporate level • Responsible for training, coaching and assessing Focused Improvement Function Pillars at Corporate level and Countries Pillars Expected Profile: • Certified Master black belt/Black Belt or Lean Six Sigma • Strong coaching skills with a minimum of 4 years experience in leading BB projects • Proven achievement of 6 sigma projects in large and complex international companies • Experience in deployment on multi-sites including Management Routines • Knowledge and skills developed in a Six Sigma, TPM or LEAN implementation • Knowledge in SMED, Loss Tree Analysis is a plus • 2 or more years ''hands-on'' experience in an operational environment • Top level University Degree • Fluent in English, plus at least 1 or 2 major languages such as Spanish and/or German • Willingness to travel and as the position implies significant travelling outside Switzerland (60%-70%) • Excellent communication and coaching skills • Strong ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams"
