"INVESTOR PROJECT MANAGER – RUSSIA Location: Worldwide Vacancy Type: Permanent Brief Description: Our client, a fast growing global Export Sales Company based in Berkshire, is looking for an Investor Projects Manager - Russia. You will be tasked with developing Power Systems division sales throughout Russia. Reporting to the Group Power Systems EP Segment Manager, you will be tasked with identifying, evaluating and developing the large turnkey power plants solutions sector of the Power Systems division by providing sector and marketing expertise regarding our Russian territory. You will be liaising with Caterpillar regarding marketing and strategic pricing. Main Duties and Responsibilities: • Assess customer needs and trends across all areas, and develop action plans and targets (growth, PINS, GP, etc.) for products and service offerings • Consolidate marketing and promotion plans across all areas within the turnkey power plant solutions segment • Assess and monitor performance of various sales teams • Be the principal interface with the Group Segment Manager • Plan and manage inventory levels • Provide technical know-how to sales personnel • Develop new service offerings and products • Work closely with the Group segment Manager and the local Sales teams to implement product and pricing strategies • Train sales personnel • Liaise with customers for technical support, product training, and certification • Provide engineering expertise and project management on customized offerings • Lead and manage the sales effort of all major projects/customers • Coverage EPC contracts in Europe Africa & Middle East Supervisory/Managerial Responsibility: • Responsible for sales in Russia and development of new sales staff • Experience of working in Russia or similar environment • Knowledge of the large turnkey power plant solutions • Track record of business relationship management • Experience of managing a sales team Experience and Skills Required: • 5+ years of building business in Russia and selling complex technical solutions • Fluent Russian Speaker Desirable Skills: • Degree educated, preferably in Engineering or Business Management • Sales and Marketing qualification Frequent travel required to Egypt, UK and customers home bases • Experience in huge generators plants is essential Interested candidates are welcomed to send their resumes to ssabryamer@gmail.com"
