"Hiring a Project Manager 368-70 in Fort Washington, PA Project Manager-Fort Washington,PA 368-70 Contract position-12-24 months send resumes to: bciociola@covexllc.com The Consent Decree Project Manager will help lead cross functional Quality System Element (QSE) Project teams who are responsible for the management and execution of all compliance and remediation projects. Successful Project Management includes guiding the QSE teams toward the successful and on-time delivery of the Consent Decree Workplan. Critical skills needed to perform the job include demonstrated proficiency in business and financial acumen, project management, communication, process management, and performance management. Making the complex simple and representing a true enterprise view are critical competencies. The Project Manager will lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver aggressive plans and in attainment of Workplan goals. They will lead teams to deliver compliant and sustainable systems and identify and minimize project risk. Project Managers will drive team accountability for deliverables, develop and deliver team recommendations to senior management, create and meet all project milestones and financial commitments. They are expected to develop project schedules, cross-functional deliverables and detailed timelines, as well as identify and manage project priorities and cross-project dependencies. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Physical Science, Business or related discipline + 5 years of relevant experience with increasing responsibility in the Pharmaceutical, OTC or Consumer Products industry or No Bachelor's Degree + 10 years of the above industry experience Must Haves: •Bachelor's Degree in Physical Science, Business or related discipline + 5 years of relevant experience with increasing responsibility in the Pharmaceutical, OTC or Consumer Products industry or No Bachelor's Degree + 10 years of the above industry experience •3 years of recent Project Management experience within the Pharmaceutical, OTC or Consumer Products industry •Must have GMP, OTC or Pharmaceutical industry experience •Must have experience with a “hand’s-on” approach and involvement in project deliverables •Experience with standard PM tools and templates •Proven record of leading teams in delivering results •Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to influence senior management (Vice President and above) •Must have excellent oral and written communication skills Nice to Haves: •Master’s Degree or MBA or other advanced degree •PMP or Project Management certification •Process Excellence or Six Sigma training •Prior Consent Decree and/or compliance related activities •Experience with Facilities/Utilities/Validation Quality Systems Travel: <10% travel is anticipated in this role Contract Length: 12-24 months http://bull.hn/l/S04P/3"
