He/She will be directly involved with organizing and supporting the operations and business strategy of the subsidiary. This is a Senior Management Position that requires a highly experienced individual to handle the logistics and quality which has risen within the organization. Responsibilities - Manage the bonded customs warehouse and ensure rules are followed. - Implement ISO Certification and keep it updated. - Implement storage of vehicles as per manufacturer requisite. - Manage quality according to organizational/manufacturers’ standards. - Key performance indicators including logistics quality and logistics strategy. - Develop and execute logistics/quality strategy/operations. - Manage logistics/delivery cost. - Manage cost of quality. Qualifications + experience - BSc Engineering or any discipline with at least 8 years experience preferably in an automotive industry with logistics, planning and quality bias. - 3-4 years in senior logistics, planning, quality manager role would be an advantage. - Logistics Certification such as the CILT or Equivalent would also be an added advantage. - Quality Certification -ISO 9000/22000 or equivalent. - Excellent experience of Leading and Managing Change. - Good understanding of Finance, Marketing & Sales.
