"Looking for a Salesforce.com Trainer in Boston, MA Title: Salesforce CRM Trainer Length: 3+ months Location: Boston, MA Interview process: 2 phone interviews General Job description: A person taking this role will have the responsibility of the delivery of Salesforce.com training for company adoption for use of the new tool.  The candidate must be business oriented and have the ability to think on his/her feet and can convey technical/system knowledge to end users.  The individual will be required to have SF knowledge (How the system works, what is the relation between the different objects - contacts, users, leads, opportunities ...) but not SF coding experience. A former power user who has been exposed to a customized SF application and can create standards SF reports / dashboards would be an ideal candidate. This resource will need to possess a combination of SF.com expertise, strong interpersonal/training skills and ability to pick up industry/product knowledge. The candidate must have the ability to create training material (class room and hands on.)   Responsibilities: Generate a success plan – someone working with the 4 major regions to get them up to speed on the product. Start with the local team– “power” users who are currently used to inputting the data and understand compliance more.   Then branch out to other company locations. The resource will need to train on data entry and helping to make sure reports are set up correctly.   At this point, most people have gone through navigational training.
