"Freight Account Manager Basic Salary up to £19.5k DOE, plus uncapped commission (OTE £30K), company car, excellent benefits Our client is an international freight forwarding provider who seeks this urgent sales appointment in line with their ongoing plans to aid continued growth. We are ideally seeking applications from hungry and tenacious individuals who are keen to start a career with a large international market leader. Previous freight forwarding experience is not required; however, some previous field sales service/solution sales track-record would be favoured. Above all else you will be passionate about sales and committed to career development. It is critical that applicants reside within a sensible commute from the office in Bristol. The success candidate will:- • Consistently grow the revenue and achieve the targets • Achieve sales productivity and revenue targets • Maximise all revenue opportunities from existing customers by proactively pursuing undeveloped areas • Generate new prospect leads and new accounts • Process consignments and enter information on to the Contact Management System • Monitor consignments ensuring that the highest levels of service are carried out at every stage • Provide customers with accurate and cost effective quotations • Ensure all relevant sales and purchase ledger invoices are processed on time • Prepare weekly/monthly figures of sales activity In return not only will you have the chance to become part of this huge success story going forward, but our client rewards well with an attractive basic salary, generous bonus potential and excellent benefits package.
