If you are available and interested, or know someone else who may be looking, please contact us at career@microagility.com Title: Sr. Business Analyst Location: New York, NY Type: Full time W2/C2C Rate: Market Job ID: 1016-006BA JOB DESCRIPTION Tasks included but not limited to: - Write business requirements and communicate them to other stakeholders - Develop and implement a follow-up process to ensure business needs - Establish positive working relationships with customers, stakeholders and team members. - Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts, address issues and conduct pro’s and con’s evaluations toward resolution Required Skills/experience: - 7-10 plus years of experience in senior/lead BA role with the financial industry - Possess excellent communication skills; personal, written and presentation - Must also have experience supporting one of the following business functions: i) Clearing and Collateral Management ii) Fund services (Accounting and Reporting) iii) Second Lending iv) Global Custody Desired Skills: - Strong relationship building skills and experience working with external clients and vendors - Past consulting experience while working for a “big 4” consulting company - Preferred to have MBA but not required About MicroAgility: MicroAgility is a business and technology consulting company.
