"The Role Company is looking for an energetic and experienced manager of customer success to drive related initiatives at an international tech start-up. Securing long-term business relationships with existing key customers is one of the major functions of the Customer Success Manager. We are currently 40+ people and growing at an exponential pace. Company is the industry leader in app store analytics and market intelligence with clients that include Google, Microsoft, GREE, and EA. You will have an important role in building a global company across locations in the US, Europe, and Asia, You will be a part of the sales team and support sales activities, reporting directly to the VP of Sales of your region. Your responsibilities will include: • On-going continuous commercial support via telephone, instant message, and email • Pre-sales support managing custom requirements, trial accounts • Handle post-sales / support issues • Manage client on-boarding process: knowledgeable and able to explain our data and visualization tools (like Tableau) to clients. • Work closely with local sales team and communicate any potential need for customer upgrades or sales leads • Gathering customer feedback and utilizing it to enhance Company’s customer service experience • Work with key Company customers to collaboratively create testimonials • Develop vertical best practices • Collaborate with Company’s product team to address and fulfill customers’ current needs and pragmatically predict future needs
 You • Mandatory requirements - Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or other Technical field - At least 3 years of working experience in related field - Project planning and contract experience - Experienced working with and supporting international customers (big and start-up) over email and telephone - For San Francisco and Beijing positions: fluent in English - For Beijing position-only: fluent in Mandarin, Japanese, and/or Korean • Preferred - Mobile and app store knowledge - Understanding of market data and statistics"
