"Hiring a Segment Manager Corporate and Governmental in Bucharest, Romania The role of the Segment Manager Corporate and Governmental will be a key position in the Entreprise Business Unit - Corporate and Governmental Segment. The main purpose of the role is to develop, implement and track marketing initiatives with impact in customers acquisition and development areas (up-sell / cross-sell, retention etc.) for the specific segment   As the Segment Manager Corporate and Governmental , your main responsibilities will involve: -       Identifying and tracking market trends on the major areas (e.g. mobile/fixed voice, internet, data services) using external or internal data sources. This involves market research understanding and usage of internal analysis in respect with customer segment profile; -       Identifying potential areas/micro-segments for growth within actions or with products developments based on the internal or external marketing specific analysis; -       Tracking continuous competition monitoring and contribute to the competitive analysis on a specific market; proactively design tactics to assure maintain the desired advantage vs. competition; -       Contributing to the marketing strategy and marketing/commercial plans definition and implementation by segment being responsible for the development of the marketing initiatives with impact in the customer segments to cover Customers Acquisition & Development (Up/Cross-Sell, Retention) in order to meet segment KPIs related with market share and revenue; -       Creating proper Acquisition & Retail tools and support product development through inputs during PLC gates and even before them (e.g. sizing market opportunity); -       Being able to map marketing initiatives with specific customer lifecycle stage; -       Conducting an efficient collaboration with all the stakeholders involved (eg. Sales, Product Management, Communication, IT, etc.) in order to ensure marketing initiatives success implementation; -       Tracking marketing initiatives results through regular reports / analyses and identify and implement adjustments measures, if needed it; -       Developing and maintain deep customer understanding in each sub segments: needs, attitudes, behaviors, spending patterns, products usage, decisional processes, media habits, contact expectations; -       Monitoring specific segment results in order to constantly have customer insight information through reports and analysis using internal or external information. The reports and analysis should include, but not limit at, data such as sales evolution, clients and revenue evolution, gross adds and gross churn figures; -       Contributing to the periodical segments forecasts & target setting exercises.   As the Segment Manager Corporate and Governmental your skills and experience will ideally include: University Degree Experience in marketing of B2B services Experience in marketing, product management or sales Experience with fixed and mobile telecommunication services; Field related experienc... http://bull.hn/l/UO55/3"
