We look forward to make you a proud part of their winning team. PURPOSE: Ensures the smooth running of the CEO office operations and time management. Provides executive assistant to the CEO in an effective and efficient manner. RESPONSIBILITIES: Updates and maintains the CEO’s calendar. Coordinates and sets up high-level conference calls, board and management meetings, special events and travel arrangements. Acts as liaison and maintained open lines of communication among senior executives, board members, middle management and administrative staff. Coordinates preparation and timely dissemination of company reports and slide presentations for board meetings. Provides superior administrative support to CEO, including correspondence, coordination, communications and problem resolution. Creates highly effective organizational and filing systems, including quick and thorough indexing, filing, resulting in easy access to critical information and stream lined office functioning. Conducts extensive internet search and performs general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, and mailing. QUALIFICATIONS: 7-9 years progressive experience in the field of office management. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English Ability to write and compile business correspondence. Ability to use Variety of software packages to produce word processed correspondence and documentations, presentations, spreadsheets and databases. SKILLS: Fast learner, active and target oriented. Planning and Organizing. Excellent management, communication, and interactive skills. Professional appearance and manner. Visibility of work requires attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information. Building Commitment. Strong organizational skills; and administrative skills.
