"Job: Pricing Manager/Senior Manager/Director in Kabul, Afghanistan One of our client is a leading telecom group. They are actively looking to recruit Pricing Manager/Senior Manager/Director for their operation in South Asia. Following are the attributes we are seeking. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Handling the complete pricing process of products and services Monitoring the competitors pricing strategy and analyzing it Generating new pricing schemes and pricing plans based on market competition analysis and market demands analysis Re-building the current products and services pricing structures based demands. Strategy: Owner of the product strategy for the assigned Segment , and a key influencer/ contributor to wider portfolio/ strategic/ technology decision process P&L: Accountable for optimizing P& L of respective segment Products and services set with equal and explicit emphasis on revenue generation, operational performance and cost management Product Development: Managing the life cycle of the products targeted his/her segment and ensuring capabilities that meet customer requirements in terms of technical attributes, operational performance and pricing for the assigned portfolio. Marketing Mix: Owner of the full marketing mix of the segment Operations engagement: “Senior Partner” to operations to ensure that business cases are robust, unnecessary spend is avoided, products are supported end-to-end and platform/ product investments (both sustain or transform) are supported by strong commercial rationale. Contribute to/ oversee all project work related to the product P& L Channels: Monitoring Distribution Channels, Sales Targets, Distribution Strategies and Commission Candidate must have minimum of 8 years of working experience with following skills/ Product Management Relationship skill Communication Developing consensus Innovation Managing self/ work standard Leading Cross functional team Business acumen ability to influence Leadership Familiar to English, Dari and Pashto.
