"Now Hiring: Manager, Content Strategy (Marketing) in Boulder, CO OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES: The Global Marketing Operations team supports the Surgical Solutions’ Marketing Organization in meeting its strategic objectives by generating demand, new customer acquisition and customer retention aligned to business objectives through the deployment of holistic lead nurturing campaigns that consider where prospects are in the customer lifecycle and deliver appropriate content to improve lead-to-conversion ratios, accelerate the development of sales-ready leads and speed the convert-to-buy cycle. The key functions of the position and the Marketing Operations function include customer segmentation and persona development, content marketing strategy, content development, marketing channel strategy, program development, execution, measurement and reporting. The Manager, Content Strategy, with minimal supervision, is responsible for defining, developing and managing a content strategy for Covidien’s Surgical Solutions product portfolio to increase audience engagement and traffic and to support customer acquisition and retention. The function develops and maintains content strategies for Covidien Surgical Solutions’ assigned business(s) of responsibility in line with portfolio, procedural and product customer acquisition strategies. This position is responsible for the delivery of relevant content in accordance with those strategies as well as the Establishment, management and execution of related editorial processes, calendars, standards and guidelines. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent combination of education, skills and experience. EXPERIENCE: Five (5) years of marketing or marketing management and project management experience in B2B or B2C. A combination of related, relevant experience will be considered. Healthcare and complex B2B experienced preferred. Demonstrated history with content strategy, planning, execution and measurement, preferably within a complex B2B environment. Demonstrated history with customer segmentation, developing content strategies and development plans programs across multiple functions. Demonstrated knowledge and ability in Marketing Automation software platform (e.g., Eloqua). Demonstrated knowledge and ability in Marketing Resource Management tools (e.g., Orbis). Demonstrated knowledge and ability in CRM platform (e.g., salesforce.com). Position requires up to 30% travel time, to include both domestic and international travel. http://bull.hn/l/U1T5/4"
