"Hiring a VP of Sales & Bus Dev - Industrial - NV 652893 in Nevada VP of Sales & Bus Dev - Industrial - NV For nearly 40 years, our client has been designing custom-engineered products for the liquefied gas industry, for a wide variety of marine and land-based applications.  Through years of experience and continuous design improvements, they have established themselves as the premier manufacturer of cryogenic pumps and expanders, world-wide.  Through all of the natural cycles and changes in the LNG industry, they have always maintained their focus on continuous engineering and the development of cryogenic pumps and expanders. With well over 6,000 units installed aboard LNG Carriers and land based installations, This company is represented at the vast majority of LNG operations in liquefaction, marine transport and re-gasification applications world-wide.   The VP of Sales & Business Development will join a management team that is known world-wide for creating the go to company in the JNG industry.  They are seeking a senior level executive with the vision and foresight to take this company to the next level and beyond. The successful VP of Sales & Business Development candidate will accomplish the following: • Lead and continue building a global sales operation with emphasis on Asia, India and the Middle East. • Understand and explain the features and benefits of company products and services. • Develop and implement best in class strategic account management for the existing and new client base. Developing winning sales and marketing concepts for new corporate clients. • Develop and successfully implementing new business and corporate contract models. • Provide executive leadership and develop a high performing national and international new business development and client account team. • Provide guidance to and collaborate with marketing and finance teams in the development of new client pipeline and new business development process. • Manage the P&L for both the domestic and international client business to maximize sales and profit. Job Qualifications: • 4 year College degree - Masters preferred • Strong technical skills. • 10 plus years leading sales organizations selling industrial solutions. • Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally. • Outstanding strategic vision and an ability to work with an executive team. • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
