To ensure that the strategic direction and guidelines from the BOD are conveyed appropriately so that the team excel in their respective businesses and translate the Company’s vision into reality. Job Dimension : Large Electric Manufacturing Industrial Company KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Description Strategic guidelines and inputs: Provide strategic guidelines and inputs to the team (Executive Directors of delivery and operating companies and the Directors of corporate core services) in line with the strategic focus and mission developed by the top management Business vision: Provide a vision of how the respective businesses will develop in order to achieve the core strategic objectives of the Group Generate and share creative ideas to translate the business vision into reality Organization Structures: Support and advice senior managers across the business in the development of effective organization structures that will enable the delivery of business objectives. In coordination with systems department Provision of corporate support: Act as the link between the delivery / service companies and the top management and ensure that due corporate support is made available to the companies where required, to help them deliver their business objectives effectively Act as approving authority for all operating and capital budgets of the companies under preview Advisor and change agent: Provide expert advice and opinion on critical and strategic issues that are relevant for the progress of the various businesses Act as catalyst and change agent in order to push forward and carry through critical corporate initiatives Standardisation in policies and systems Recommend the formulation of standard policies and systems in coordination with systems department for common business and administrative processes across the Company to ensure professionalism and administrative convenience. Management Development: Develop and implement management development plans to ensure current and future management capability across the business.
