"Manager, Business Operations - Optimization Job ID: 42342 Location: Atlanta, GA Position Details Define business problems, scope the collection and analysis of data, brainstorm and identify solutions. Provide project management support for analytical projects and for implementing identified process changes and solutions to grow revenue, profitability and market share. Provide due diligence support on P&L and business plan impact of marketing and sales initiatives. Key responsibilities: -Define business problems, scope the analysis and identify solutions in partnership with Analytics, Sales, Marketing and Client Support. Influence and support implementation of program changes; manage and deliver analytical projects on time and on expectations. -Help translate analysis into P&L and business plan impact. Support the measurement and communication of the causal impact of key structural, product, customer, marketing and sales initiatives on revenue, profitability and market share to influence business planning, investments and sales and marketing strategy. -Partner with the Analytics, Sales, marketing, Client Support teams to develop, implement and measure impact of Test Plans to help grow revenue through the optimization of sales channels, promotional discounting, pricing changes, retention programs, bundling, upsell and ancillary sales. -Support the process of customer segmentation, lifetime value scoring and channel profitability measurement to grow overall profitability and revenue. -Communicate analytical insights and recommendations. Develop presentations and reports that showcase results, insights and implications of analyses. -Conduct best practice, industry and consumer trends research to identify growth opportunities; Support the knowledge management process. -Build and manage a team of Associates. Required Qualifications: -Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience -7+ years of experience required in related field (developing multivariate models) or 5+ years of experience with a related advanced degree (MS/MBA or above). -5+ years of experience with marketing and sales optimization in telecom, CPG, financial services or Consulting -Ability to develop and lead high-performing team of Associates/Analysts -2+ years of experience with customer lifecycle management, customer segmentation and lifetime value scoring -Experience quantifying P&L impact of marketing and sales initiatives. Preferred Qualifications: -Graduate degree in business, applied mathematics, Statistics, Economics or other analysis related fields preferred. -Experience in process change, cross functional team building and solution implementation -2+ years of experience leading teams -Strong analytical and problem solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills -Experience in senior executive communication"
