"Looking for a Senior Human Resource Professional $10,000S – $12,000 usd/month TAX FREE + flights + bonus + schooling + medical in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Senior Human Resource Professional $10,000S – $12,000  usd/month TAX FREE  + flights + bonus + schooling + medical     Leading Multi National Telco Company is looking for a Senior Human Resource Professional to work on HR policies and procedures and Job Analysis.   To work in partnership with partner organizations and colleagues to identify and resolve workforce-planning trends, which impact on sector’s achievement of its business and service planning needs Create reports on historical data and forecasting results from applicable systems Develop and deliver a toolkit approach in order that managers are able to plan their own workforce requirements to support the recruitment, retention and development of competent and motivated employees. Analyze data offering and make recommend solutions for implementation. Responsible for preparing a service plan to meet business objectives in consultation with customers and promoting sound management practices Act as a member of the Learning and Development team, inputting to the management of the section and to the development of policy and practice overall. Designing and implementation of a workforce planning model, including processes and toolkits, for use throughout the Department.   Essential Requirements   Only open to HR professionals with extensive Telco experience (10 Years in Telco) with working knowledge of English and Arabic (high preference for Arabic) Bachelor's Degree in Business Operations or human resources management or a related field to qualify for work-force planning positions. 12 or more years successful related forecasting and planning experience, with strong operations background, preferably in a high demand production environment. Assist the Department to strategically prepare for its future and business and workforce requirements by researching and analyzing emerging human resource, workforce and industry best practice trends in order to develop and implement strategic human resource plans, processes and toolkits. Participate in project teams focused on providing systematic coordination, consultation and support on human resources projects and issues.
