"Contact: Manoj Arora (manoj.arora1@yahoo.co.in) Company Website: www.mustgarments.com Executive - Talent Acquisition • To work in close partnership with Head of Talent Acquisition to meet the recruitment objectives of the organisation. • Analyze and project the talent requirements of the company and proactively develop the necessary talent pipelines to ensure future staffing requirements are met. • Develop execution plans to meet the hiring plan with recruitment agency teams and supporting the efforts with appropriate infrastructure. • Execute the full recruiting life cycle from identifying right talent to closure of the hiring process • Assist the hired professional for relocation and provide hand holding till the new hire settles down • Responsible for resume and applicant tracking database integrity and consistency, including logging any and all correspondence and feedback relating to candidates. • Preparation of Weekly/ Monthly recruitment reports and database management You should have a Management degree in Human Resources or a related field with 2 – 5 years experience in similar role with a track record of successful recruiting at all levels, including direct sourcing of candidates for complex hard to fill jobs. You will also be responsible for assisting employees with Visa Processing & Relocation. Experience with advanced sourcing techniques, networks, methodologies, use of technology, and campus recruiting, along with thorough knowledge of visa processing methodologies is a must. You must also have a proven track record in partnering with key business and HR leaders. We are looking at one candidate each to be based at Bangalore, Chennai and Delhi.
