Job Description Jasper Contractors is looking for a motivated and professional individual with a proven track record in quota-driven sales wanting to earn $100K plus; which is obtainable and expected. As an Outside Sales Rep with Jasper Contractors, you will work for an established, highly reputable company that continues to experience tremendous growth. Our sales force earns over $100,000 per year selling our Roofing and HVAC services to residential home owners. Outside Sales Reps receive weekly base salaries (not a draw) plus commissions, company vehicle, 100% Employer Paid Medical Insurance, and more. Industry experience not required...we provide all the necessary training. Job Responsibilities As an Outside Sales Rep, you will generate roofing and HVAC contract sales by offering potential customers a no-cost, no-obligation Roofing/HVAC inspection and assistance in the navigation of the insurance claim process. The key to success as an Outside Sales Rep is a strong and enthusiastic commitment to prospecting and lead generation, organizational skills, and great customer service. You must be driven, self-motivated and ambitious in your pursuit of new sales prospects. It is also important that you are highly detail oriented and able to multitask and manage relationships with multiple customers at multiple points throughout the sales process. You must also have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. In your role as an Outside Sales Rep, you may periodically be required to travel for seasonal business opportunities or to provide our services in areas affected by natural disasters. Company pays lodging during travel and commission increases by 66%.
