We are seeking to augment Branch Directors in all major cities in a flexible and innovative way to market this program. We are interested in accomplished people who want to work either part-time or full time on a purely pay-for-performance based compensation model. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a good network of hiring managers and wants to start a consulting business but does not want to deal with the back office headache. Directors are expected to earn commissions of up to 50% of the margin. We have a decent infrastructure and a team of Service Delivery Managers to source candidates in virtually all technologies, industries, and cities; however, we need more Branch Directors who can break through to new accounts and increase the inflow of work orders. As a Branch Director, you are expected to: - representing MicroAgility to prospects/clients according to our principals (Professionalism, Respect, Integrity) - being customer centric, optimistic, and high spirited attitude with ability in managing client accounts and exceeding their expectations - maintaining, at all times, a courteous and professional demeanor toward anyone whom you interact on behalf of MicroAgility - helping build an image of agile and customer centric company - reaching out to C-Level executives and other hiring managers to introduce MicroAgility’s services, establish good relationships, and gain his/her business i.e. Obtaining Job Orders/Job requirements from direct clients - speaking with the local press for PR and to gain visibility - forwarding the job requirements to the Recruiting team to identity resources - any other work related to managing your branch - having agility, drive, and ambition to succeed with long term vision MicroAgility will provide you with: - Marketing Material - Branch Directors receive the following support from MicroAgility with his/her effort to operate his/her Branch: o Main website which attracts new prospects. Your profile may be added into our website. o Electronic Brochure. o Business Cards (at a nominal cost) o Best Practices and templates of communication and marketing document. o Possible leads via our “CXO Community - …” a LinkedIn group with over 5000 c-level executives - Administrative Support – All financial transactions with Clients including web site, invoicing and follow up - Service Delivery support – Our team will work with Branch Director to provide Business Partners as per clients’ requirement. - Compensation – You will be paid a generous commission which is 50% of the margin. For example, once we have successfully placed 10 people for your requirements and your average margin is $20 per hour, you will receive $100 per hour. (You are expected to bear your own expenses for travel, phone, Internet, and any other costs related to your work.) - Compensation checks will be mailed within two days after receiving payments from clients.
