ECommerce Operations & Inventory Analyst in Hoffman Estates, IL This position is part of the Sears outlet eCommerce team working to support the SearsOutlet.com online business. The individual will be responsible for optimizing documenting, analyzing, and improving the processes related to the execution and fulfillment of orders on SearsOutlet.com. The individual will also be tasked with answering a broad range of business questions (i.e. web analytics, order fulfillment, pricing/promotions, operations/logistics) through a combination of data mining, analysis, and reporting. This position requires the ability to work effectively with related teams that have an impact on order fulfillment, such as Logistics, Order management, customer Service and Transportation. The individual in this position is expected to build a base of knowledge about the drivers of the Sears Outlet business. The individual will need to make observations, and have the ability to communicate recommendations to drive effective improvements. Troubleshoot issues/questions from key business partners including the Outlet operations team and store associates related to order status and online merchandise accuracy.Support online tools and applications related to SearsOutlet.comRespond to all Help Tickets in a timely manner.Develop reporting to track the status of online orders as the flow from order submission to final disposition.Investigate anomalies in the order data and work with appropriate teams to correct.Work closely with the Sears Outlet inventory team to ensure merchandise inventory levels are reflected accurately on the SearsOutlet.com website.Obtain and organize data from internal systems to populate necessary reporting and conduct detailed analysis.Develop, maintain and enhance financial and statistical models to answer a variety of business problems.Interact with end users to obtain feedback or validate data if necessary.Have the ability to handle customer issues and escalations.Demonstrate leadership by successfully managing small to medium sized projects.Acquire solid understanding of Sears Outlet businesses to drive our culture, focus on the customer, make more money, and improve every day. Required Skills   Experience in multiple disciplines - retail, ecommerce, operations, IT development, project management, logistics, marketing Retail math literacy and application of concepts to daily operations Strong analytical skills Develop cogent and realistic business case scenarios for new capabilities and initiatives.
