Due to expansion, they are searching for an SAP FI/CO Consultant for their Jakarta, Tangerang office. Qualifications:- Bachelor or Master Degree in either Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science or IT, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, or Physics. 7+ years of experience in SAP (R/3, ECC5.0, ECC6.0 ) with minimum 4 full end to end implementations; support roles not considered as a main criteria Involved in implementation of SAP FI/CO with focus on AR, AP, FA & GL (New GL is a must) Experience in application development using ABAP/4 for SAP R/3 & ECC systems, spanning various phases of software development lifecycle such as user requirements analysis, functional & technical specification design & testing Assist in definition of Test Scenarios and Conditions during test planning Experience in supporting the integration and user acceptance testing and developing user manuals, test documents and detailed knowledge transfer documents for Post Implementation support tasks Works closely with Corporate Finance to identify & deliver the business needs of the client Finance user population, gathering requirements and analyzing SAP software capabilities to meet the business requirements. Configures site specific and global parameters in support of usage decisions. Develop and documents the functional requirements / design where customization is required. Utilizes common techniques such as use cases, test cases, DFDs, etc in development of the requirements specifications Builds, documents and executes test plans to ensure the quality of software changes. Writes support and user documentation. Trains users as necessary Supports and resolves user production issues via problem analysis, identifying if application issues are related to data, application configuration or bugs in the vendor or custom software. Communicates software bugs to both the vendor and the internal development manager/service desk. Must be very motivated, independent and willing to work in Vietnam or Indonesia Must be willing to pick up customized developments (from other consultants) and help test it rigorously Must be a team player and in a position to guide other FI consultants when required Must be SAP FI certified Work experience in South East Asian countries preferred, plus understanding of local legal & fiscal requirements. Must be very conversant in English and has excellent communication skills client fronting Customer focused with excellent problem solving skills. Excellent analytical, presentation and soft skills including communication, Ability to write clearly and concisely and to work to tight deadlines. Possess personal attributes such as creativity, positive thinking, quick learning, imagination, leadership, judgment and maturity, curiosity, strong interpersonal skills, professional integrity and initiative.
