District Manager with Our365 http://www.our365.com/ Managing newborn Photographers and maintaining relationships with hospitals in assigned territory. Developing and maintaining a relationship with the Hospital personnel and providing clients with a single resource for problem resolution and customer satisfaction. Leading the hiring/training of photographers. Home Based office environment: Company Laptop, cell phone, car allowance and printer unit to get you going! Travel between hospitals to shadow the photographers and to maintain the relationships. Experience: Looking for someone who has Multi-location management experience. Management of part time personnel, and District Sales manager experience Previous experience managing profitability through the use of P&L and analytical tools is a plus, Experience in Photography and a understanding if photographic techniques is a plus, but not required. Base salary of 50K + bonus + full benefits, car allowance, home office set up.
