Manpower is currently recruiting for a Marketing Consultant in Downtown Toronto, for our client, a leading company in the financial industry. Showcasing your talent is humanly possible!  As a Marketing Consultant, you’ll have chief responsibility for determining target markets and devise marketing plans to reach key markets.  You will be accountable for leading the identification, design, development and launch of retail banking lines of business. You’ll help deliver comparative analysis and business cases to internal departments regarding projected revenue to maximize profits and ensure customer satisfaction. You’re the consummate communicator. You’re an information gatherer with a strong analytical mind. You see the big picture, as well as the minute details. You relish decision making and have the logic and intelligence to make the right ones. You’re naturally organized and excel at organizing others. The selected candidate will: Perform competitive / industry / client analysis to help identify gaps and inconsistencies Work with bank partners and various bank sales forces to identify and assess potential alternatives to develop and grow a strong client base for new, relocated and expanded branches Working closely with product partners, to develop a view of the potential P&L impact and business cases of enhancements The selected candidate will bring: 3-5 years of marketing practices, procedures and principles to implement acquisition and consolidation strategies Product management experience - Advanced knowledge and understanding of retail banking product management principles, P&L implications, target marketing principles and practices. Post-secondary education in business administration, commerce, marketing or equivalent business experience. MBA is an asset. Proficient analytical, decision making and problem solving skills Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal You can see it. More challenging work.
