Looking for energetic, team player with a strong background gained supporting a global organization and providing decision support to an executive level audience. Key Areas of Responsibility • Responsibility for reporting tools to support plan, forecast and results reporting; including consolidation and distribution templates and processes •Provide support to regional finance teams in areas of reporting, finance tools and systems •Ongoing decision support including coordination of plan and forecast activity, ad-hoc analysis of Orders, Revenue, Margin, Expense and Asset management •Act as subject matter expert on Sales Finance reporting and analysis; develop and implement processes to support region analysis and reporting •Manage compliance with corporate audit, risk review and internal control requirements •Represent Global finance team on cross function improvement teams, drive improvements and consistency into Industry Field Operations finance processes •Implement process improvements and drive consistency in tools and analysis across region processes •Analyze and report fx impacts on plans, reported results and forecasts; adapt fx calculation techniques across functions and geographies •Work in a collaborative and globally diverse environment as a team player and perform multiple tasks simultaneously Qualifications Basic Requirements  Undergraduate Degree in Finance, Accounting or Information Technology  Must be able to adjust and work effectively in a dynamic, changing environment  Comfortable interacting with senior level management on a regular basis; ability to communicate effectively across various levels of management  Strong skills with Excel (including developing complex macros using Visual Basic for Applications) and aptitude for learning complex systems  Experience developing new processes/tools Preferred Requirements  MBA in Finance, Accounting or Information Technology  6-10 years experience in finance and/or IT support/deployment of financial systems  Experience with Enterprise Data Warehouse queries and integration of Essbase/Hyperion Planning/HFM data into Excel based solutions"
