Post Resume -Get Paid by Employers at Resumark .com Subject: Insights Director, with great promotion prospects (Vietnam) USD 100k per annum Un Siridamrongpanich posted a job: Insights Director, with great promotion prospects (Vietnam) USD 100k per annum "Working with the MD, Executive Director and research teams, you will play a pivotal role in moving the company’s positioning from one of ‘research provider’ to that of a leading insights agency that is seen as a genuine provider of consultancy to its clients. This will involve implementing best-in-class deliverables to drive profitable growth and drive client retention & spend, to transform the company’s attitude and delivery from being research-based to a consulting approach, and to change how they do all proposals / reports / client engagement in an effort to stop delivering market research and start delivering business issue led solutions across the entire business You will also have the opportunity to manage two flagship accounts, as well as managing two teams of researchers. In addition, you will have an opportunity to engage in extensive business development, working across multiple teams to win new clients and farm existing clients more effectively. This will involve working across a wide array of practice areas and sectors including branding, qualitative, NPD, automotive, FMCG and others. Candidates must have at least eight years customised research experience, ideally encompassing both Qualitative and Quantitative, although the role will focus mainly on the latter. As you will be working across sectors and practices, the role will be best suited to someone who has had exposure to a wide range of sectors and approaches, and who can demonstrate an ability to deliver world-class insights and data interpretation to their clients. Additionally, if the successful applicant can deliver in this role, they can expect to be promoted within 1 -2 years.
