"This is a very rare but extremely exciting opportunity for an experienced research professional, based in Singapore. This leadership role will put you in charge of a boutique research operation in Singapore, with responsibility for the business at a regional level. The broad focus of the role includes P&L responsibility, team management and recruitment, business planning and strategy and overseeing all research operations. A core part of this role will be business development and boosting the profile of the agency across the region – from writing winning proposals, leading team pitches and attending/speaking at industry events, you must be confident to take the reins across all areas of business management. This opportunity would suit someone who has start-up or boutique agency experience, or someone who has an extremely strong track record (and significant experience) in business development. P&L experience is required for this role, as is the ability to engage with clients at a very senior level. You must be a well-rounded researcher with a broad background (Qual & Quant across a range of industries). The position is ideal for someone currently in a Senior Director role with 10+ years of hands on research experience. You must be the sort of person who is happy to roll up your sleeves and get stuck into any task required to make a success of the business.
