"Now Hiring: Java/Jrules Developer in Clearwater, FL Job Summary Responsible for assisting in customization and development of application systems designs, programs, and codes software in response to specific business requirements.  Understands how to optimize joint development efforts through appropriate project design, database use, code creation, and software architecture.  Develops design specifications in compliance with IT Architecture.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Lead the development of iLog business rule as part of a collaborative, distributed team, includes adopting existing Rules methodology, templates, lifecycle, and standards. Conduct intitial investigation, solution identification and sizing specifications. Requirements management and high level design, analysis and design of specifications, build and unit test against specifications. System test planning and system test execution which includes supporting QA phase by tracking and assigning defects to development team; work with QA leads to schedule fixes and builds to be successful. Analyze the consistency and completeness of business rule project and report on them. Responsible for on-time delivery of high-quality code, implementation and warranty support. Identify efficiencies and ways to improve design and development processes, ways to increase efficiency of production support and find solutions that allow operations to decrease development resources. Work under general supervision, a wide degree of creativity and latitude required. Work Collaboratively in a distributed team environment Ability to generate software code based on business and software requirements including to clearly document software code. Required Skills: Bachelor''s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university and five to seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong working knowledge of BRMS based systems with end to end integration and the analysis, development and implementation of business rules and outcomes.  Experience with implementation and documentation including detailed design, object models/graphs, rule flows, integration/interfaces, unit testing, code and performance aspects of the application. Experience of working with Benefits Administration and Payment applications Strong working experience in BRMS solutions Experience of Java, J2ee, Hibernate, JPA Software development experience required in the OO environment Strong analysis and design using OO design methodologies RUP, UML experience ILOG Jrules 6.7.x, 7.x ILOG Jrules Integration Patterns Spring Webservices Websphere Application Server 6.x XML/XSLT Agile Development Methodologies InfoPath (a plus) and ILOG-MDM integration (a plus)   http://bull.hn/l/YHIG/4"
