"Berean Group is looking for a Microsoft .NET Developer (w/ C#,SQL Server, SharePoint) Location: Durham, NC Duration: 4-5 Months Must be US Citizen/GC Holder Client is seeking a .NET Framework Developer with strengths in C#, AJAX, JavaScript, and SQL Server (SSIS/SSRS/SSAS) An Ideal Candidate would • Perform custom application development within a Microsoft .NET Framework (3.5, 4.0) w/ C#, and SQL Server 2008/2012 • Lead the development and/or integration of various academic, administrative, or operational web applications • Play a leading role in helping retire many existing legacy applications by converting to MS .NET Framework and MS SQL Server • Lead the development of web applications that can streamline line current paper-based, manual processes. Preferred Experience • At least 5 years of Web Application Development or equivalent development efficiency • At least 5 years of experience implementing web services and architecting enterprise solutions • At least 5 years experience with webforms, automated workflows, and data layer integrations • At least 3 years experience leveraging SSIS and SSRS in web application development • At least 3 years experience with iterative/agile software development Education • Prefer candidates with degree in Computer Science or other programming-related field • Master’s level degree may substitute for some years of experience assuming productivity is comparable • Microsoft Developer certification are a plus. SharePoint Developer exeperience is also a plus. Skills Immediately demonstrate efficiency in following technologies: • Rapid design and prototyping skills • Superb attention to detail • .NET Framework (3.0 - 4.0) with C# • AJAX • Web Services • JavaScript • SharePoint 2007/2010 • SQL Server 2008/SSRS/SSIS • InfoPath 2007/2010 • Workflow Design/Development • Automation Workflow • MS Visual Studio 2008/2010 Successful candidate must be experienced in serving as the lead developer and architect on certain web application projects.
