The Job descriptions are: PMO Manager The PMO Manager is responsible to plan & lead Software Development & IT Infrastructure projects to comply with business needs. Position Requirements: • Willing to lead, plan and control IT projects in an Innovative & Technology-oriented environment • Strong analytical skills & familiarity with Software Development methodologies and IT infrastructure architectures (networking & servers). • Must have excellent communication skills and be able to work closely with business customers to define requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs. • Must possess a minimum of 5 years of proven experience leading, planning and controlling IT projects to meet established business goals and objectives. • Must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in information systems (preferred), business administration or industrial engineering. Software Architect The Software Architect is responsible to design and implement software development projects integrating different technologies (mobile apps, web sites, transactional systems & others). Requirements: • Willing to develop and implement N-Tier mission-critical systems integrating innovative technologies for Central American deployment. • Minimum 5 years of experience in .NET software development in the following areas: o Software Design Patterns o Windows based systems written in C#. o Web site development with AJAX and Jscript implementing security. o Windows Communication Foundation and Web Services. • Strong Background in MS SQL modeling, administration, queries and stored procedures. • Basic Knowledge in IT Networking & Windows Server administration. • Experience in mobile apps development for IOS and Android is a plus. • Microsoft ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, JQUERY & HTML 5 is a plus • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems Software Developer The software developer is responsible to code, test and deploy software development projects integrating different technologies (mobile apps, web sites, transactional systems & others). Position Requirements: • Willing to develop and implement N-Tier mission-critical systems integrating innovative technologies for Central American deployment. • Minimum 3 years of experience in .NET software development in the following areas: o Windows based systems written in C#. o Web site development with AJAX and Jscript implementing e-commerce, multimedia and security. o Windows Communication Foundation and Web Services. • Strong Background in MS SQL modeling, queries and stored procedures. • JQUERY & HTML 5 is a plus • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems"
