"Job Title: Architect Department: Planning & Design Salary: 8,131 SAR Benefits Group: I ( Family Status) Position Based In: Saudi Arabia Employer : A leading Government Hospital Gender: Equal Opportunity Employer Education: Bachelor Degree in Architecture Experience: Minimum 4-7 years experience in to include CAD experience with 2D & 3D drawings. Responsibilities: 1. To liaise closely with Engineers/Senior Architects of P & D to develop and design all architectural requirements in new projects, i.e. modifications, alterations, adaptations and new construction. 2. Prepare functional, sketch designs, specification and tender drawings as instructed for any proposed project. 3. Provide technical assistance related to future expansions of NGHA facilities. 4. Produce technical evaluation reports. 5. Assist and supervise the continuous" updating" process of all AS BUILT DRAWINGS. 6. Produce feasibility studies for the proposed projects in Central/Western/Eastern Regions. 7. Acts as the Person Technically Responsible" P.T.R." when assigned for an approved projects. 8.
