"Job Title: Planning Engineer Department: Planning & Design Salary: 8,131 SAR Benefits Group: I ( Family Status) Position Based In: Saudi Arabia Employer : A leading Government Hospital Gender: Equal Opportunity Employer Education: Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering Experience: Minimum 6 - 8 years experience in project scheduling, programming by Primavera-SureTrak or other equivalent software, must have expert certification in computer proficiency level, must have a clear understanding of efficient standards of working performance, with a knowledge of rating such standards. Responsibilities: 1. Coordination with Planning& Design's Engineers/ Architects in programming design and construction works for the approved projects. 2. To assist the Quantity Surveyor in the "Takeoff' of materials and cost estimates. 3. To assist in compilation and maintenance of work measurement time standards data bank. 4. Analysis of staff utilization and manpower resource levels. 5. Calculation and presentation of performance indicators on report form for all ongoing design and construction projects. 6. Maintenance and update of all procedure sand data manuals related to ongoing design and construction works for each project. 7.
