"Looking for a Customer Support Representative in Birkirkara, Malta Closing Date: 24/02/2013 Our client is an international online payment processing business. They are currently seeking to recruit dynamic individuals for the role of Customer Support Representative to join their team. Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, the selected candidates will provide onsite customer service to the clients’ merchants alongside a systems development team. S/he will respond to customer support calls (by phone or electronically), diagnose and resolve problems using available information resources from the Support Desk or escalate technical support issues to technicians in line with established service level procedures. Candidates for this role will have a minimum of one year work experience in an IT Support Desk environment. S/he will be able to use Microsoft Office, have a qualification in IT or a business related subject and knowledge of ITSM tools and ITIL methodology. A strong customer service orientation coupled with the ability to communicate fluently in English and possibly another language are important for this role. This position requires good organisational, prioritisation and analytical skills coupled with the ability to work independently and in a team. The Company will offer on the job training and an attractive remuneration package to the successful applicants commensurate with experience and qualifications.
