Responsible for reviewing and updating HR Policy & Process Manual and preparing policy drafts for incorporating new policies & processes for standardization & transparency within HR / Business 2. Responsible for updating of Internal HRIS Database as per defined frequency and address related queries 3. SPOC for Separations, Terminal Benefits and Performance Improvement Plan in coordination with legal department 4. Responsible for assessing investigation reports, coordinating with Legal Team and Business and ensuring timely execution and closure of disciplinary proceedings 5. Responsible for handling end to end of Employee Benefits like Employee Mediclaim Scheme & Gratuity including negotiating on the Benefit plan, launch, education & awareness, creating visibility to all employees. 6. Responsible for HR Communication & MIS initiatives. 7. Handling HR Audit and suggesting corrective & preventive action for continuous process improvement. Qualification : Post-Graduate Degree in HRM (Preferably a reputed B-school) with at least 4 -6 years experience in a progressive and dynamic work environment. Exposure in Corporate HR handling HR process and policy desired.
