Manual Grinder in Manchester, CT Advance Mold & Manufacturing, located in Manchester, CT, has an immediate need for a experienced Manual Grinder.   Responsibilities: Accurately grind parts to print specifications, keeping within dimensional and finish requirements, while working in a timely manner Notify supervisor of department supply shortages Keep machines clean and ensure work is organized Follow all safety procedures Obtain correct blueprints Review all questions and concerns with Department Manager Inspect details for sufficient grind stock prior to grinding them Maintaining quality Maintaining efficiency Housekeeping/machine daily maintenance Documenting all as built changes Inspection of finished details Notify Department Manager of all non-conforming material Experience:                 3 years experience operating manual grinders   Required Skills/Knowledge: Previous experience operating manual surface grinders and wet grinders ID/OD grinding experience a plus Familiar with necessary tooling (magnetic squaring blocks, pin spinners, sine plates) Hold tolerances of +/- .0002 squareness and parallelism on variety of tool steels for components Excellent oral communication skills Excellent work area organizational skills If interested, please contact: Vicky Meacham Ph: 860-783-5028 vmeacham@advancemold.com http://bull.hn/l/11FO6/6"
