"•Permanent ACT •Immediate start •High profile client and engaging project Be part of one of Canberra’s largest projects and work with a high profile national company. Engaged in the most pivotal part of the project you will be responsible for the coordination and administrative functions of the PMO. The PMO function is the heart of this large scale project and vital to the success of the delivery. So what are you waiting for??? Duties include: •ICT or PMO administrative responsibilities (billing, data entry, project status reports, OH&S register) •Invoicing & status reporting (SAP & Excel) •On boarding/off boarding •Project/PMO support •Minute taking and documentation •Scheduling and coordination of project deliverables •Data entry To apply, you must have the following: •Australian Citizen and must be available to commence work immediately or within 2 weeks •1-2 years IT PMO or Project coordination experience within a Federal Government environment •Can do attitude and the ability to multi-task in a busy corporate environment •Established PMO experience •Competent user in MS Project, Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Sharepoint •Flexible and personable attributes Please note: only suitable applicants that meet the above criteria will be contacted.
